Novant Health Website overhaul

As the Digital Designer on Novant Health's Digital Experience Team, I led UX design efforts, optimized user journeys to ensure seamless, and intuitive access to healthcare information and services. My responsibilities included guiding design decisions based on foundational UX principles, collaborating with content managers, and producing accessible, user-centric graphic assets to elevate the overall digital experience.

 

Connect Beyond: A Transportation Initiative

The CONNECT Beyond project was all about community, inclusion, and access. The unified transit imitative was for the Greater Charlotte Region, encompassing 12 counties across North and South Carolina to enhance mobility and access for residents and visitors. To best understand the community’s needs, I conducted brand workshops, developed community surveys, and designed visual and digital assets.

Catawba-Wateree Water Management Group

As a design lead for the Catawba-Wateree Water Management Group, I enhanced public outreach and engagement through the development of the website, annual reports, and social media content. In the end, there was a 43% increase in event attendance and a 629% boost in social media impressions, effectively supporting the group’s water resource planning and community involvement efforts.

Vote More

The primary goal of the Vote More mobile application is to increase voter turnout by providing information about local and national election candidates through a user-friendly and simple interface.

Penn Avenue Mobility Partnership

I developed a distinct brand identity for the Penn Avenue Mobility Partnership, comprising Metro Transit, the City of Minneapolis, and Hennepin County. The partnership was heavily influenced by community members, so it was vital for the brand to reflect their lively community and the multimodal transportation within it.

BCDCOG: Regional Transit Framework Plan

The distinctive brand identity of the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments' (BCDCOG) Regional Transit Framework Plan was conceptualized and created to emphasize its multi-modal transportation focus. This comprehensive eight-month study engaged the community through various public events and educational materials to highlight and encourage public participation in shaping the future of transit across the region.

GoTriangle: Durham-Orange Light Rail

Printed assets, web pages, presentations, and reports were just a few of the design deliverables I created to support the development of GoTriangle’s 17.7-mile Durham-Orange light rail transit project. The project connects key universities, employers, and medical facilities, and accommodates 26,000 trips per day.

Linc Transit: branding Concept

This modernized branding concept for Linc Transit was created to enhance the transportation system's visual identity and appeal. With extensive experience in creating impactful branding concepts, I have consistently delivered designs that elevate the look and feel of various projects.
